Complete transparency about your information
When you use Givfu, everything happens locally on your iPhone or iPad. The photographs you select from your library are temporarily accessed to create your collages, and the finished compositions are stored directly in your device's photo library or within the app's local storage.
The only data that exists is the data on your device. There are no cloud servers holding your images, no backup systems accessing your creations, and no databases tracking your activity.
We do not require you to create an account, so we have no email addresses, no passwords, no usernames, and no profile information. We do not track your location, we do not monitor which features you use most, and we do not analyze your creative patterns.
Unlike many applications that silently collect usage statistics, crash reports, or analytics data, Givfu operates in complete isolation. Your interaction with the app remains between you and your device.
Givfu requests access to your photo library for two specific purposes: reading so you can select images for your collages, and writing so you can save your finished creations. These permissions are granted by you through iOS system dialogs, and you can revoke them at any time in your device settings.
Only to display and select your images
All composition happens on device
Output goes to your photo library only
Since Givfu stores everything locally, deleting the app removes all traces of your usage from your device. There are no remote servers to contact for data deletion, no accounts to close, and no lingering digital footprints in external databases.
As Givfu evolves, our commitment to privacy will remain absolute. Any future features will be designed with the same principle: your content stays with you. We will never pivot to a model that requires uploading your photos, creating user accounts, or monetizing your personal data.
Technology should empower creativity without demanding privacy as payment. This is the foundation upon which Givfu is built, and it is the future we are committed to building.
We believe privacy is a conversation, not a document. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions about how we handle data, we genuinely want to hear from you.
